Lead Foreman - New-Build Multifamily Projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Foreman to oversee new-build multifamily construction projects in downtown Kansas City, MO. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge in commercial carpentry and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of carpenters in multifamily construction projects.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project blueprints.
• Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Utilize Procore software for project management and communication.
• Perform general labor and installation tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in commercial carpentry.
• Proficiency with Procore software.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a contract position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
