Production laborers

Job Posting: Production Laborers! We are seeking three (3) Production Helpers to assist our manufacturing team. This is a vital role responsible for supporting our production lines and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour.
• Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 am - 2:30 pm | Monday - Friday.
• Location: Bow, NH

Key Responsibilities

• Line Support: Act as the primary helper on production lines with the ability to nest, stack, and package finished material.
• Material Handling: Transport raw materials, assist in loading lines, and help move heavy loads as required.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect products for defects to ensure they meet width, length, and overall quality standards.
• Inventory: Accurately fill out coil tags and ensure footage is correct to assist with inventory management.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with coworkers to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

• Physical: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and push heavy materials.
• Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 4 hours with constant walking and pivoting on hard concrete surfaces in various temperatures.
• Safety: Follow all equipment safety requirements and train others in basic labor functions.

Responsibilities

• Primary helper on at least one line with ability to nest, stack and package
material coming off of the line.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines
• Transport raw materials from one place to another
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and
deadlines are met
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required
• Trains other employees in basic labor functions.
• Operates equipment under strict safety requirements.
• Properly fill out coil tags, ensuring footage is correct to aid
