Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insight and visibility

Assist with cost accounting activities as needed, including inventory and manufacturing-related analysis

Manage external audits and coordinate with outside accountants or advisors

Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting as the company scales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of financial controlling, reporting, and general ledger accounting

Experience working closely with AP and AR functions

Exposure to cost accounting in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required

Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; experience improving accounting processes is a plus

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
