Adecco is recruiting for multiple hands-on Fabricator (Plastic / Assembly Focus) positions to join a custom manufacturing team in East Syracuse, NY building equipment for highly regulated industries. This role involves working primarily with plastic materials, using hand tools, reading blueprints, and assembling components to precise specifications.

These are temp-to-hire opportunities, paying $18-25/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Measure, cut, and assemble materials
Use hand and power tools daily
Assist with plastic fabrication and welding (training provided)
Ensure accuracy and quality in all builds

Requirements:

Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements
Strong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
