Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Saturday, 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM; Saturday, 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Overview:
A well-established Newton company is seeking Welders to join their team. This role involves welding carbon steel plates using MIG or stick welding techniques, as well as operating grinders and other tools. Welders will work in a fast-paced environment, performing various general tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and following instructions accurately.

Key Qualifications:

MIG welding experience required
Previous fabrication experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
