The ideal person started their career in the trades, knows how work gets built, and can lead a team on site building a variety of vertical structures (k12, medical, multi family, retail, etc.)

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for conducting and monitoring all work to ensure that it is performed safely and in accordance with the plans, specifications, and the schedule
• Monitor the on-site performance of subs, suppliers, labor, and equipment
• Maintain quality control and safety awareness, and enforce job clean-ups
• Help devise a job strategy and a project safety plan
• Submit electronic reports on daily activity, time cards with hours and cost codes assigned, job site photos, as well as purchase orders and work orders
• Maintain a current project record including shop drawings, as-builts, product data sheets, phone logs

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent
• Minimum fifteen (15) years in the construction industry
• Knowledge of concrete and framing
• Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques in commercial building construction
• Intermediate experience with MS Office and Outlook
• Oregon travel may be required
