Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading Aerospace Product Finishing Company, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have accountability, problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Rate: $24/hour

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot, support, and repair all industrial production equipment.
• Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repair and installation.
• Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all industrial production equipment.
• Inspect, operate, and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems.
• Design and implement the installation of new equipment and tools.

What's Needed?

• High School Graduate or (GED) required.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial facility maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies.
