Machine Attendant (Entry-Level) - Will Train
Location: Irwin, Pa
Pay: $20-22/ hour
Shift: 1st Shift

About the Position:
We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our Shape Room team as Machine Attendants. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training. Candidates do not need experience with G-code or complex machine set-ups, but should be comfortable with basic manufacturing tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Attendant:

Load and unload parts from machines
Monitor machine cycle times
Perform basic offset adjustments
Track tool life
Assist with minor troubleshooting of machines
Support machinists and production team as needed

Requirements of the Machine Attendant:

Mechanically inclined and able to follow instructions
General manufacturing, automotive, farm equipment, or assembly experience is a plus
Able to stand, walk, and lift as required in a manufacturing environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
