We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mixing Production Associate to join our 2nd shift team. You will be responsible for the precise blending and mixing of raw materials to produce our high-quality coatings and wood finishing products. This role is vital to our manufacturing process, ensuring that every batch meets our rigorous standards for color, consistency, and durability. Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mixing Production Associate to join our 2nd shift team. You will be responsible for the precise blending and mixing of raw materials to produce our high-quality coatings and wood finishing products. This role is vital to our manufacturing process, ensuring that every batch meets our rigorous standards for color, consistency, and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch Processing: Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense dry and liquid raw materials according to specific batch tickets and formulas.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean industrial mixing tanks, high-speed dispersers, and filtration equipment.
• Quality Control: Perform initial quality checks on batches (viscosity, weight, and grind) and provide samples to the Lab for final approval.
• Inventory Management: Monitor raw material levels and report shortages; ensure all containers are properly labeled and staged for the next production stage.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S). Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and the use of PPE.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, ensuring all lot numbers and quantities are recorded in our tracking system.
