Job Details

A well-respected mid-sized law firm in Boston is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You'll handle a broad mix of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters—ranging from catastrophic injury/wrongful death claims and product liability, to coverage disputes and professional malpractice.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery and depositions
• Appear in court and support trial teams
• Advise clients on insurance coverage, indemnity, and litigation strategy
• Engage in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes settlements

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. + MA Bar admission (good standing)
• 3–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with independence and initiative
