Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $36/hr-$38/hr

Shift: M-F 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of system design and applications in building operations.
