The successful candidate will contribute to the maintenance and repair of essential plant equipment and systems critical for our operations.

Important Information:

• This position operates on a night shift schedule (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off) from 6:48 p.m. to 6:48 a.m.
• Compensation starts at $32.37, reaching up to $35.31 after 270 days, with a $2.00 shift differential.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently perform complex maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment.
2. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to select appropriate tools and parts.
3. Utilize testing equipment to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in training new employees.
5. Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and perform related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess a valid Journeyman's License.
• Ability to work legally in the United States, with the capacity to access export-controlled items.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with plant equipment operations.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to environmental factors such as noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
