Position Title: Entry Level CNC- Machine Operator

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm

Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals wanted for an entry-level CNC Machine Operator role producing high-quality piston retarders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, following detailed instructions, and maintaining production quality standards. Great opportunity to gain CNC manufacturing experience with a company that values reliability, safety, and strong work ethic. This is an associate to hire role in Kansas City, MO.

Entry Level CNC- Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Open equipment doors, load raw materials, and close doors securely
- Start and monitor the machine's operation
- Open equipment doors to remove finished materials and reload new materials
- Repeat these tasks as necessary throughout the shift
- Accurately follow detailed instructions
- Perform basic mathematical calculations
- Utilize mechanical skills for operating machinery

Entry Level CNC- Machine Operator Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, and reaching
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a noisy environment with ear protection
- Strong ability to follow precise directions
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record
- Knowing how to use a micrometer a plus
