Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with strong experience in electrical, mechanical, and PLC's. This role is essential to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment and systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including welding and fabrication tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Allen Bradley PLC's and Fanuc robotic arms.
• Conduct electrical maintenance, including installations and upgrades of wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
• Read and interpret blueprints for effective machine repair and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruption.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical components such as conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and repair electronic control systems, including PLCs and HMI devices.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC's and Fanuc robotic arms.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
