About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Machinist with strong CNC experience and a solid command of precision measurement tools - especially micrometers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, craftsmanship, and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, set up, and adjust CNC machines to produce high-quality components
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify part dimensions
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Monitor production runs to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining challenges

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
Proficiency with micrometers and other precision measurement instruments
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Familiarity with machining materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
