Entry Production Worker

Hand Coiler (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hand Coiler to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will hand coil small steel bands in a repetitive, production-focused environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine tasks, working with their hands, and maintaining consistent quality throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand coiling of small steel bands (approximately 8 inches) into circular shapes
• Secure each coil by locking it tightly and pulling in the opposite direction as required
• Package completed coils into bags and accurately box finished products for shipment
• Maintain consistent quality and production output throughout the shift
• Follow all established production processes and work instructions
• Inspect small parts to ensure they meet basic quality and appearance standards
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of clutter
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to handle and visually inspect small parts for extended periods
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy
• Ability to sit for approximately 90% of the workday
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Dependable and able to follow instructions and processes consistently

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in packing, packaging, or general labor roles is a plus
• Willingness to work any assigned shift
• Comfortable completing a brief virtual (video) interview

Work Environment

• Indoor production facility in a dedicated hand coiling department
• Seated workstation for most of the shift
• Highly repetitive, routine work with a focus on steady output
• Clean, organized, and safety-focused environment
• Standard manufacturing attire required (safety gear provided as needed)

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM $21hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM $21.50hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM $22hr

(Multiple openings available across all shifts)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.00/hr.
