Location: Grand Forks, ND
Compensation: $23.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00am-4:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a manufacturing company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality steel fabrication products and work with a team focused on safety and efficiency. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a collaborative production environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Welder:

• Operate various types of welding tools and hand tools
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and heat numbers
• Follow standard work instructions, weld procedures, and acceptance criteria
• Utilize build boards and Kanban systems to support workflow
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or equipment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Support company quality and safety goals

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Some welding experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math and reading abilities
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds with or without accommodations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
