MIG Welder, 1st shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder who can follow standard operating procedures to produce consistent, safe, and quality products. The role involves operating various equipment and performing fabrication tasks while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of MIG welding experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, preferably with structural or large equipment.

• Ability to read blueprints.

• 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with Fridays off. Required personal protective equipment includes hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, a welding helmet, and welding gloves. Lots of room for advancement with earning up to $1 raise once hired on.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheffield, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
