Pay: $50,000 to $85,000 annually based on performance, experience, and sales ability
Commission: 10% on sales opportunities you generate and close
Schedule: Full-time with work hours between 7 AM to 7 PM based on appointments
Expected Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week with overtime opportunities
Rotating on-call schedule for weekends

Your New Role

Work as a Service Sales Technician serving Austin, Texas (78610) and surrounding areas including Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and or light commercial HVAC systems
Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
Identify and present opportunities for equipment upgrades, service plans, and system replacements
Deliver clear, honest, and persuasive recommendations tailored to customer needs
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Maintain accurate service records and sales documentation
Represent the company with professionalism on every service call

3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience
Experience working with refrigeration systems
Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills for HVAC systems
Proven ability to communicate with customers and recommend solutions
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and rotating weekends
