Job Full Description

Mequon Manufacturing company looking for CNC Supervisor/Lead!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

Supervise daily shop floor operations for CNC mills (including Vertica), Haas
machines, CNC centers, lathes, and saws.
Assign work, set priorities, and balance workloads across machine operators to
meet production schedules.
Train, coach, and evaluate machine operators; conduct performance reviews and
recommend personnel actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient reading/interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and basic metrology (calipers,
micrometers, CMM familiarity a plus).
Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming basics (G-code
knowledge).
Strong troubleshooting skills for machining processes and tooling issues.

Job Specifications:

Pay Range: $80-100K - DOE
Shift(s): 1st shift
Hours: 5am-1:30pm
