Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing client to start immediately. Compensation up to $37.82/hr DOE. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using diagrams and diagnostic tools.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and execute repairs or part replacements efficiently.
Fabricate parts and components to support repairs and enhance cost efficiency.
Support overhead crane maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of automation systems, including PLCs and control components.
Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, and machine shop equipment to repair and fabricate parts.
Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate parts procurement.
Record work details, communicate issues clearly, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting team repair and maintenance goals.

Qualifications:

Education or training in Automation, HVAC, Fluid Power, Electrical, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC motors and controls.
Experience diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, industrial wiring, and instrumentation.
Capable of fabricating parts and using precision measuring tools.
Ability to pass the NMP maintenance exam.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Prior heavy manufacturing experience is preferred.

Skills:

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of VFD programming, PLC systems, and industrial controls.
Fabrication skills with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and machine shop equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
