We are hiring a high-level, hands-on Building Maintenance Engineer with proven O? cooler and industrial refrigeration expertise to take full ownership of facility systems at our Newfield, NJ operation.

This is a critical, impact-driven role. We need a technician who can operate autonomously, solve complex mechanical issues, and protect operational uptime.

What You Will Lead

• Total facility maintenance (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• O? cooler systems maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
• Industrial refrigeration system performance optimization
• Preventative & predictive maintenance programs
• Equipment troubleshooting (motors, controls, 3-phase power)
• Emergency repairs and downtime reduction
• Vendor oversight and contractor coordination
• OSHA/EPA compliance and safety leadership
• Maintenance documentation and reporting
• Capital equipment planning and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years industrial or commercial facility maintenance experience
• Direct experience servicing O? cooler and refrigeration systems
• Strong electrical troubleshooting (3-phase systems, controls, motors)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Preferred:

• EPA Certification
• HVAC Certification
• Experience in cold storage.
