A growing, Bethlehem sheet metal machine shop is looking for additional skilled people to join their team

Qualifications of a Welder / Fabricator

6+ months experience as a welder
Ability to pass a skills test
Proficient at reading blueprints and job specifications
Excellent math skills
Maintain safety protocols
Physically able to stand, walk, twist and lift 50 pounds unassisted

Duties of a Welder / Fabricator

Excellent attendance and punctuality
Operate welding equipment
Ability to prepare material, weld cleanly, conduct quality control and maintain equipment
Make adjustments to machinery as needed to meet specifications
