Welder and Fabricator
Join our team to perform welding on pressure vessels using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore. You will work with the person code, interpret weld symbols, and follow blueprints to ensure precision and quality in every weld.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding on pressure vessels using MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore techniques.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and weld symbols to ensure precise fabrication.
- Adhere to the person code standards and undergo daily testing to enhance welding skills.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe fabrication environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of MIG or TIG welding experience.
- Experience in working to blueprint specifications.
- At least 2G certification; ideally 6G certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with NDE procedures and X-ray testing of welds.

Work Environment
The work environment is a metal fabrication setting, with varying temperatures between seasons. You should be comfortable working in hot summers and cold winters. The role involves working 50 hours per week, with a schedule of 6am - 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 6am - 2pm on Fridays. Night shift positions are available after 6-8 weeks of day training, and they come with a pay premium. Night shifts run from 5:30pm - 6am, with the possibility of working on Saturdays occasionally. The company emphasizes flexibility to accommodate family schedules.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
