What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
- Read blueprints and work orders
- Load programs and make basic offsets and adjustments
- Measure parts using tape measures, rulers, calipers, and gauges
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor machining issues
- Follow safety and quality standards
- CNC machining experience or strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to accurately read measuring tools (tape measure, rulers, calipers, gauges)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
