Forklift operator am

We are seeking a Forklift Operator to ensure the safe and efficient movement, staging, and storage of materials within our high-volume distribution facility. This role combines precision operation of powered industrial trucks with essential manual material handling, requiring a work ethic and unwavering commitment to safety. salary: $18 - $19 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials and products from trucks, rail cars, or other vehicles.

Availability to lift up to 40+lbs

Operating the Forklift: Safely operate industrial trucks (like sit-down.) to transport goods.

Stacking and Organization: Properly stack and organize materials (pallets, boxes, crates) in storage bays, ensuring loads are secure and the layout is optimized.

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 70lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working weekends
