Express Employment is currently seeking a Plumber in Clarksburg. Rate of pay will be based on experience for this full time position.

Duties to include:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure efficient and effective installation
Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions

Qualified Candidates:

Valid driver's license
Proven experience as a plumber or completion of an apprenticeship program
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Proficiency in using power tools and pipe threading machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and estimating materials needed
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing systems effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Have proper licensure and certifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
