Position: Fireplace Installer (Lead Installer Track)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday
Location: Valparaiso, FL
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:

Install fireplaces in new residential construction projects
Read and interpret tape measures, drawings, and install instructions
Communicate clearly with builders, homeowners, and team members
Document completed work accurately
Work independently and solve problems on-site

What We're Looking For:

Ability to read a tape measure with accuracy
Construction or contractor experience required
Project management experience is a strong plus
Comfortable communicating with clients and documenting work
Self-motivated, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
