Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Tacoma, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Disassemble and reassemble machinery, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and other mechanical systems
Perform installations and modifications of industrial equipment as needed
Work with precision tools and follow safety protocols to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or in a similar industrial role
Comfortable working with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and related mechanical systems
Experience using precision tools for measurement and repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
