Job Description
The Carpenter Foreman position involves hands-on work and leadership responsibilities within the team. The individual will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are constructed according to specifications. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and assisting during the pouring of panels to ensure everything aligns with the prints.

- 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
- Proficient understanding of blueprints.
- Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.
- Experience with concrete, tilt-ups, and cast-in-place construction.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and construction techniques.
