Job Details

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions based on their requirements.
Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and packaging processes to offer accurate information to customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in packaging or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
