Pay Rate: $17-$24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and deburring parts
Operate paint guns and apply coatings evenly and accurately
Perform small touch-ups and finishing work as needed
Use masking knives and other hand tools safely and effectively
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and supervisor guidance
Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area
Assist with reading basic drawings and work orders when needed

Support production goals and complete tasks efficiently Requirements

1-2 years of paint shop or industrial painting experience required
Experience using paint guns required
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to take instruction, listen, and learn quickly•
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Auto painting experience is a plus
Experience in aerospace painting and MIL-Spec standards is a strong plus
Ability to read drawings is preferred, but not required
Comfortable working with hand tools and performing detailed prep work

Schedule & Pay
• $17-$24 per hour
