Maintenance Technician

PrideStaff is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client, a manufacturing company located in Palm Beach County, FL. Our client has been in business for over 60 years providing quality products. As a growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join their team. Some of the duties of the Maintenance Technician will include:

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment are working properly
• Inspect and test equipment to diagnose problems
• Repair and replace worn or broken parts
• Operate hand and power tools to complete repairs
• Work with engineers to evaluate equipment performance
• Maintain maintenance records

Some skills and qualifications of our Maintenance Technician will include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance role preferred
• Ability to safely operate tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and document maintenance records accurately
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
