Cold Storage Palletizing Associate 3rd Shift Location: Schuyler, NE Pay: $18.75/hour Shift: Full-time | Cold Storage Environment Job Description: We are currently hiring for a Palletizing Associate in a cold storage facility located in Schuyler, NE. This position is responsible for organizing and placing goods onto pallets to consolidate loads, making them easier to move with handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Key Responsibilities: Stack and arrange products on pallets in a safe and organized manner Ensure pallet loads are secure and ready for transportation or storage Follow safety protocols in a cold storage environment Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals Maintain a clean and orderly workspace Requirements: Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift Experience Prior warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus, but not required Why work for Advance Services, Inc.?
