As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety procedures by installing metal fences on a robotics floor. This position requires the use of various tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, in a fast-paced and loud environment. Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install metal fences on the robotics floor to enhance safety.
• Utilize hand and power tools to build and assemble metal frames and gating.
• Drill into concrete using power tools.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
• Comply with the company's policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanically inclined and skilled with tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Team player with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that is loud and can be chaotic. The position requires availability for shifts Monday through Friday, with some potential work on Saturdays. Flexibility in shift times is necessary, with available shifts being 1st from 4:30am to 2:30pm and 2nd from 2:00pm to 12:00am.

This is a contract position based out of West Deptford, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00/hr.
