Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to precisely bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to project specifications.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine production requirements.
• Select, install, and align the appropriate tooling and dies required for each specific fabrication job.
• Inspect finished products meticulously for quality, dimension accuracy, and compliance with strict engineering tolerances.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance, while strictly following all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements Include:

• Current or previous professional experience successfully working as a Press Brake Operator within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating press brake machinery, with a strong mechanical knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical schematics.
• Familiarity with CNC controls, machine programming, and general knowledge of tooling, GD&T, or related fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to work with extreme precision, work stationary for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks.
