Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Steel Welders for projects located in the Minnetrista, MN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Connect and weld erected structural steel on commercial construction sites
• Perform high-quality Stick Welding (SMAW) on structural steel connections
• Fit, align, and secure structural steel members prior to welding
• Read and interpret structural drawings, connection details, and project specifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience welding structural steel
• Strong Stick Welding (SMAW) skill required
• Welding certifications preferred
