Location: Salem, OR Schedule: All Shifts Available Pay Rate: $18.60-$19.10/hour

Job Responsibilities

• The Distribution Coordinator supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring accurate receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment of product. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining safety, food safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including reviewing bills of lading
• Assign and support warehouse staff with daily tasks
• Load/unload trucks; pick, sort, and stage product as needed
• Verify order accuracy and manage damaged merchandise reclamation
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, timekeeping, and safety
• Communicate daily with Customer Service, Sales, Transportation, and leadership
• Support productivity tracking and basic operational reporting

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
