PM - Design Build Commercial Construction

Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager - Design Build Commercial Construction
We are looking for someone who can assist the Company in meeting its objectives and goals by overseeing and directing assigned Commercial construction projects at various locations within southeastern Pennsylvania and take appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with defined resources.
Responsibilities include: Must have field experience or a degree in construction management Experience working on Design Build Projects Must be organized, detailed oriented and efficient Review and interpret construction documents on paper and electronically on screen; Basic takeoff from blueprints of materials and equipmen Review contract and scope of work; Must be able to provide a high level of Customer Service Attend project meetings as required Prepare documents for billing purposes & coordinate with accounting personnel Requirements: Familiar with RS Means / Construction Estimating Software Ability to read plans and specification; Strong computerized estimating skills, detail oriented with a strong focus and ability to multitask, Good organizational and time management skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe; Minimum 5 years Project management Hands-on experience managing multiple projects in the project size range of 50k -10m
