Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles for our valued guests.
• Expand your experience as an automotive technician, working on both domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to address guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any vehicle issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and commitment to serving our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Ability to consistently flag 50+ hours.
• ASE Certifications preferred or a clear plan to achieve them.
• Competency in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Desire for long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Capable of working with tools on elevated vehicles.
• Ability to work in tight spaces based on vehicle repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk and stand for most of the workday.
• Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Adept at navigating a computer efficiently.
