Key Requirements:

We are hiring a Fab Shop Manager with experience working in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environments, be familiar with basic power tools, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products.
Must oversee fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, machining, and assembly.
Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
Manage and mentor shop employees (welders, machinists, fabricators)
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when needed.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
Monitor usage of raw materials and tools.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Ordering supplies and materials, coordinating delivery and pick up of fabricated parts, managing.
Effective communication skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Must be able to work independently or with a team; willingness to be flexible as needed
Will need Steel-Toe boots, work pants, t-shirt, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest.
Must be ok with a drug screen, alcohol test, and a physical.
