Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing lottery equipment at retailer locations. This role involves responding to dispatches, traveling within a designated zone, delivering supplies, and installing, removing, or repairing lottery equipment and communication devices.
Key Responsibilities:

Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain lottery equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other materials in an organized manner.
Attend driver training and comply with company vehicle policies regarding use and maintenance of company vehicles.
Maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation of lottery systems.
Troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning equipment in the field, which may include swapping failed units, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and accurately report activities, arrival and departure times, issues, and resolutions.
Deliver marketing supplies and consumable items such as paper, ribbons, and bet slips, and track inventory.
Provide basic training to new retailers or refresher training to existing retailers on procedures such as changing paper and ribbons.
Complete forms to report activities, equipment issues, and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of field service experience.
Hands-on experience installing equipment.
Strong customer service skills.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
