The role involves overseeing quality assurance for circuit boards used in various electronic products. The position requires accessing step-by-step digital instructions to perform quality checks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance and inspections for circuit boards.

• Utilize computers to access and follow step-by-step instructions for quality checks.

• Log into multiple programs to retrieve the correct instructions for inspections.

• Escalate quality issues to supervisors and participate in root cause discussions.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production or manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in basic computer operations.

• Skill in quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection.

• Ability to follow blueprints and customer instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for communication and issue escalation.

• Experience with assembly, soldering, and hand tools.

• Comfortable with repetitive, high-detail inspection work at a stationary workstation.

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
