Responsibilities include:

• Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair a diverse array of vehicles for our valued customers.
• Gain hands-on experience across various domestic and foreign makes and models.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections to ensure customer safety.
• Collaborate with team members to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizational practices in the workplace.
• Communicate customer concerns effectively with the service department.
• Team up with fellow technicians to tackle challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• Solid positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a commitment to obtaining them.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing vehicles from all manufacturers.
• Aim to meet or exceed set hourly performance goals.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new processes.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting/moving of items over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools while vehicles are elevated.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed for repairs.
• Good dexterity for effective use of hand tools.
• Capability to stand/walk for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission.
• Proficient in navigating computer systems.
