HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a reliable approach to assessing, diagnosing, and repairing various HVAC system needs and equipment failures. The ideal candidate will be driven to find and implement effective solutions for customers' HVAC needs while maintaining a 'work safe and efficient' attitude. Comfort with IT equipment such as phones, tablets, and computers is essential, as is a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system needs and equipment failures efficiently.
• Implement effective solutions for customers' HVAC requirements.
• Ensure safe and efficient work practices.
• Use IT equipment for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Drive safely and maintain a good driving record.

Essential Skills

• Significant experience (10+ years preferred) with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with standard DX heating and cooling packaged units, split systems, geothermal systems, VRF systems, hydronic heating and cooling systems, boilers, gas heating systems, and ventilation systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC cooling towers is a plus.
• Comfortable working in various physical environments including rooftops, attics, basements, and industrial plants.
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Willingness to be 'on call'.
• Comfortable working at various heights.

Work Environment

Work in commercial buildings, including new and existing construction. Responsibilities include installation and service in diverse environments such as industrial plants, office buildings, and homes. Be prepared to work in rooftop, attic, and basement settings, and manage tasks in varying weather conditions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Souderton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $95000.00/yr.
