Starting Pay: $17/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM (4 days × 10 hours) with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays.

What You'll Do

Safely operate machines and tools to assemble outdoor power equipment.
Use hand and power tools for various assembly tasks.
Follow standard work procedures and meet daily production goals.
Work collaboratively with team members and help in other areas when needed.
Troubleshoot, solve problems, and communicate effectively.

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements:
Stand for up to 10 hours/day.
Perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting.
Lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

Skills & Attributes:
Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and detail-focused.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Eager to learn and develop new skills.
Additional Requirements:
Wear required PPE (including steel-toed boots/shoes).
