Multi-Craft Industrial Mechanic needed ASAP!

Schedule and Compensation

Shift: 12-hour night shift
Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
Pay: Upper $20s to lower $30s per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
Employment Type: This is a temporary-to-hire position, with conversion to a permanent role expected after a successful performance period (typically 3-6 months).

Responsibilities

Perform routine and complex maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and equipment.
Execute millwright duties, including the installation, dismantling, repair, and alignment of heavy machinery.
Apply advanced welding techniques for repair and fabrication of equipment and structural components.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, controls, and components.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic with a multi-craft skill set.
Demonstrated proficiency in millwright, industrial welding, and electrical maintenance.
Strong preference for candidates with approximately 10 years of related experience, though highly skilled individuals with less experience will be considered.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
