Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Location: Littleton, CO

Type: Direct-Hire

Shift: Every other Wednesday; Thursday - Saturday 5:30 am - 6 pm

Compensation: $32-$40/hr + 7% annual bonus

Overview:

Medical Device company seeking skilled Maintenance Technician in Littleton, CO to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual, semi-automated, and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment. Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual, semi-automated, and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Contribute to process optimization and scrap reduction through equipment design improvements and updates to operating and maintenance procedures.

• Independently troubleshoot equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability, implementing permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED required.

• 2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and logic systems.

• Experience with PLC programming, Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, and industrial networks, particularly in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, defense, aerospace).

• Strong root cause analysis skills and experience supporting production and maintenance for medical devices.

• Experience with extrusion/molding equipment is a major plus.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team environment.
