Position: Smart Glass Maintenance Technician

Location: Tomah, WI

Pay Rate: $29.50/hour with opportunities for advancement

Schedule: 4x10 hour Rotating Shift | (M-R & T-F) | 6:30 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Smart Glass manufacturing line through routine equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing spare parts inventory.
• Ensure equipment uptime and swiftly address any equipment issues while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Document maintenance activities accurately, including logbooks and inspection walk-throughs.
• Maintain a cleanroom environment and contribute suggestions for equipment modifications to enhance machine efficiency and product quality.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts, working collaboratively with other departments to meet plant goals.
• Engage in additional projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• A two-year degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of pneumatics, industrial electrical, control systems, and mechanical processes.
• Experience with high-tech glass production equipment including Fanuc Robots, Vacuum Chambers, Laser Systems, Glass Laminators, and Dispense Systems preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• A strong attendance record is essential.
