Thread Roller - 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Wood Dale, IL

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM (+1 hour overtime as needed)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Thread Roller to join our team in Wood Dale, IL. We value strong work ethic above all else-experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
Compensation

• Hourly Rate: 22-30 an hour
• Pay is based on experience, skill level, and performance
• We reward attitude, reliability, and growth

Key Responsibilities

• Operate thread rolling machines to produce high-quality components
• Set up and adjust machinery as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machining experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to safely operate machinery and perform hands-on work
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
